• All loose seat cushions are secured with tie down straps

• All skirts have mitered corners and are lined. All bases under the skirts are fully upholstered.

• All skirts are measure to within a fraction of the end of the leg.

• All upholstery items are standard with self-deck applications unless fabric type is thick chenille,
...velvet and leather, or the purchaser chooses not to apply a fabric in this manner.

• Welts are either cut on the bias or are match welts which is predicated on pattern matching.

• All patterns are 4–way matched on all aspects of the fully upholstered item.
