Most barstools are available with or without arms. Barstools are available in either 24” counter height or 30” bar height. Optional antique brass or polished nickel foot rail protective covers are available on most barstools for an up charge of 5% of the retail price.

Complete beds and wall mount headboards are both available. The complete beds include a headboard, foot rail, side rails and slats. They are designed to accept a mattress and box spring. We will need the width, depth and height of the combined mattress and box spring, so that we can adjust the field of view on the headboard. Wall mount headboards come with bayonet fasteners to be professionally installed to the bed and wall. Please note the overall height of the wall mount headboards.

Casegoods – As with all finely crafted tables and finished wood items with a nitrocellulose top coat, a regular regiment should be taken to keep its beauty for years to come. Frequently dust with a soft cotton cloth and should polishing be required, we suggest silicone free Guardsman furniture products. Care should be taken not to drop or drag objects across the finish which may create dents or scratches.
Upholstery - Caring for your beautiful Duralee Fine Furniture® should become a regular routine so it can be enjoyed for years to come. We recommend an overall regular light vacuuming and flipping the seat cushions on a regular basis. The loose back pillows should also be fluffed and rotated weekly at a minimum.

Most fully upholstered chairs can be made into a chaise lounge for a 50% up charge of the item retail price. Please add an additional 50% to the fabric requirements as well.

Printed dimensions are approximate. Differences in fabric, cushion fillings, and each craftperson’s techniques will cause some variation. All seat dimensions are calculated with Luxury Grade cushioning.

Most straight fully upholstered items can accept changes in width, depth, or height. The guidelines and pricing are as follows:
Width (up to 5”): +15% to retail price.
Depth (up to 2”): +10% to retail price.
Height (up to 2”): +10% to retail price.
Dimensional changes outside these guidelines must be quoted by the factory. We will not make any changes to the scale of the item. |

Most dining chairs are available as side and arm chairs. The arm chairs are manufactured to fit beneath the aprons of DFF® dining tables. If not using a DFF® dining table, please verify the arm heights before ordering to be sure they will accommodate your needs. Special sizing is only available on contract quantities.

Sectional locks are standard on all DFF® modular seating. The connectors are fitted, installed, and tested before leaving the factory, for tight joints and accuracy.

Duralee Fine Furniture® sleepers have a contract Leggett and Platt® mechanism and 5.5” Kingsdown® innerspring mattress. The mechanism has a T.V. headrest, and built-in anti-tilt mechanism that allows someone to sit at the foot of an open mechanism without incident. An Air Dream® Mattress that inflates to a full 11” while still maintaining an innerspring design is available as an option for an up charge of $600. This mattress inflates with an electric pump in less then one minute and can be adjusted to the comfort desired.
